• Make sure that you have all 4 boxes.
• Find a dry flat surface to conduct assembly.
• Use a tarp, drop cloth, or old towels during assembly
to avoid scarring or scratching of components.
• See that each component is labeled with 1-4 letters at the connection
point(s). These will be used to aid in installing components properly.
NOTE: For proper assembly, SureFitT strongly
recommends the assistance of one or more persons.

1. Open all four boxes and lay parts and hardware
according to diagram.
2. Begin by matching (A) on the left front elbow,
with (A) on the front crossbar (thread bolt and
lock washer in by hand and leave loose).
3. Match (B) on the left front elbow, with (B) on the
left front section (thread bolt and lock washer in by hand and leave loose).
4. Continue by connecting (C) on the left front section to (C) on the middle crossbar
(thread bolt and lock washer in by hand and leave loose).
5. Match (D) on the right front elbow to (D) on the right front section
(thread bolt and lock washer in by hand and leave loose).
6. Finally, match (E) from the right elbow to (E) on the front crossbar and (F)
from the right front section to (F) on the middle crossbar
(thread bolt and lock washer in by hand and leave loose).
NOTE: At this point, turn rack
upside down so that leg stubs are facing upward.
12. Insert left front leg (K) into left front section (K)(thread bolt and lock washer in by hand and leave loose).
13. Follow the same procedure in step 12 for (L) - (N).
14. Once all legs are secured, tighten all bolts and nuts around the perimeter of rack, except for the leg bolts.
15. Next, you will need the assistance of another person to stand the rack on its legs and position on the vehicle.
16. Once rack is bolted to the vehicle, tighten leg bolts securely.

7. Next, slide (G) of the left
middle section into (G) of the
left front section (loosely secure
with bolts and nylock nuts).
8. Slide (H) of the right middle section into (H)
of the right front section (loosely secure with
bolts and nylock nuts).
9. Next, slide the rear bar onto the back of rack (secure with D-Ring Pins).

NOTE: At this point, turn rack
upside down so that leg stubs
are facing upward.
10. Insert (K) and (M) Leg section
into appropriate stubs (thread bolt
and lock washer in by hand and leave loose).
11. Follow the same procedure in step 10 for (L)
and (N) Leg section..
12. Once all legs are secured, tighten all 12 bolts and nuts around the perimeter of rack,
except for the leg bolts.
13. Next, you will need the assistance of another person to
stand the rack on its legs and position on the vehicle.
14. Once rack is bolted to the vehicle, tighten leg bolts securely.
